What does it cost?+
Your verified profile is free: claim your listing, update details, add your own photos and prices, receive direct enquiries and send campers to your existing booking link. There is no subscription. If you switch on card bookings through CampFind, we keep 8% of each booking a camper pays for through CampFind.
Do you take commission on bookings?+
Only on bookings campers pay for by card through CampFind. We keep 8% of that booking and pay you the rest. The guest pays nothing on top, so your price on CampFind is your price. If you take enquiries, or bookings on your own website or phone, guests pay you directly and it costs nothing. Have your claim verified by 31 March 2027 and your first 10 paid bookings are commission-free.
I already use my own booking system — can I keep it?+
Absolutely. Add your existing website or booking link and guests are sent straight to it. Or switch on CampFind enquiries to take requests here. It's your choice, and you can change it any time.
My site isn't listed yet. Can I still join?+
Yes. Most UK sites are already in our directory, but if yours isn't you can register it from scratch in a few minutes. New listings go through the same quick verification.
Will you contact my guests or sell my data?+
Never. Enquiries go to you directly and we don't market to your guests or sell your details. You own your listing and can update or remove it whenever you like.
How long does verification take?+
We review claims within 2 working days. Once approved, your verified-by-owner badge goes live and your listing appears above unclaimed ones.
