Questions owners ask about pricing
Do you take commission on my bookings?
No. You keep 100% of your pitch price, minus standard Stripe payment-processing fees if you take card bookings. The only thing CampFind charges is the £12.99 a month (or £120 a year) subscription for online booking, and that is optional.
What do I get for free?
A claimed, verified listing with your photos, pitch types, prices, opening dates and rules, found in search and on the map — and camper enquiries straight to your inbox, by email, phone, WhatsApp or your own booking link. No commission on any of it.
How does the camper booking fee work?
Only on card bookings taken through CampFind. Campers pay 5% of the booking, capped at £4.99, shown in their price breakdown before they pay. It is separate from your pitch price and never comes out of your earnings.
Do I need Stripe?
Only if you want card bookings through CampFind, which is what the subscription adds. Enquiries work without it, free, and you can point campers to your own booking system, phone or email instead.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your dashboard. Online card booking switches off at the end of the period you've paid for. Your listing, and camper enquiries, stay live and free.
