Do you take commission on my bookings?+
No — 0% commission at launch. You keep 100% of your pitch price, minus standard Stripe payment-processing fees. CampFind only charges your £12/month (or £120/year) subscription.
How does the camper booking fee work?+
Campers pay a small CampFind booking fee at checkout — 5% of the booking, capped at £4.99. It's shown clearly in their price breakdown and is separate from your pitch price, so it never comes out of your earnings.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?+
£12/month, or £120/year if you pay annually — that's two months free. You can switch between them any time from your dashboard.
Do I need Stripe to take bookings?+
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account (via Stripe Connect) during setup, and booking payments go straight to it. You can list and edit your campsite first, but you'll need an active subscription and a connected Stripe account before you can accept paid bookings.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Plans are monthly with no lock-in. If you cancel, your listing stays live until the end of your billing period, then pauses — we keep your details so you can reactivate any time.
