These terms are between you and SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind ("CampFind", "we", "us", "our"). CampFind is a campsite booking marketplace that helps people find and book camping places. The campsite is the provider of the stay; CampFind provides the marketplace, booking and payment technology. Information comes from campsite owners, public sources, user contributions and CampFind research. We do our best to keep it accurate, but you should always confirm key details — pitches available, access, price, facilities — directly with the site before you travel.
These Terms of Use sit alongside our Booking Terms, Campsite Partner Terms, Subscription Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Complaints Policy and Reviews Policy. Together they govern your use of CampFind. SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind is the contracting party under each of them.
When you send a booking request through Campfind, you are sending an enquiry directly to the campsite owner. Campfind is not a party to any booking contract. The contract for any stay is between you and the campsite operator. Campfind accepts no liability for cancellations, changes or disputes between campers and campsite operators.
Campsite owners may claim and manage their listings. By claiming a listing you confirm that you have the right to manage that site. You agree to keep your listing information accurate, complete and up to date. Campfind may review claims, request evidence of ownership, edit inaccurate content or remove listings that appear unsafe or misleading.
Paid features for campsite owners are available through a subscription billed via Stripe. Pricing, billing intervals and any trial period are shown clearly before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Camping involves travel, weather and outdoor activity. Campfind provides a discovery and information service. We are not responsible for the condition, safety or availability of any campsite. To the extent permitted by English law, Campfind's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid Campfind in the 12 months before the claim.
