This policy applies to complaints made to SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind (“CampFind”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind ("CampFind", "we", "us", "our") takes complaints seriously. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.
Contact us at support@campfind.co.uk with the subject "Complaint". Include your name, account email, a description of the issue and any relevant booking reference. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days of acknowledgement. Complex complaints may take longer — we will keep you informed of progress.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme or the courts of England and Wales.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
