This policy applies to bookings made through SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind (“CampFind”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
This policy applies to bookings made through SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind ("CampFind", "we", "us", "our"). Cancellation terms vary by campsite and are shown before you confirm a booking.
Guests may cancel a booking from their account. The refund amount depends on when you cancel relative to your arrival date and the campsite's cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.
If a campsite operator cancels a confirmed booking, the guest will receive a full refund of all amounts paid including the CampFind booking fee. CampFind may take action against operators with excessive cancellations.
The CampFind booking fee is non-refundable in most circumstances unless the campsite operator cancels the booking. It applies only to bookings paid by card through CampFind; enquiries carry no CampFind fee.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
