Is CampFind live yet? +
Yes — CampFind is live and campers can search thousands of UK campsites right now. We're inviting founding campsite partners to claim and improve their listings early, while we grow the audience of campers using the platform.
I got an email from CampFind — is this genuine, or a scam? +
Genuine, and we understand the caution — plenty of dodgy “claim your listing” emails do the rounds. CampFind is run by SVE Ventures Ltd, a real UK company (number 16822306, registered office Lormay Place, Westbury, NN13 5NJ) — check us on Companies House before doing anything else. Your starter listing was built from publicly available map data (OpenStreetMap), not something we invented about your site, and claiming it is completely optional — reply to any of our emails and we'll remove your listing and stop contacting you, no questions asked.
Do I need to accept bookings through CampFind? +
No. You can use CampFind to send campers to your preferred booking method, website, phone number, or enquiry route — and take payment directly. If you'd rather take card bookings through CampFind, you can switch that on and keep 100% of your pitch price; campers pay a small booking fee on top at checkout. It's your choice.
Can I update my listing? +
Yes. Owners can update listing information, photos, facilities, rules, pricing, and contact details from the owner dashboard.
Will my edits go live immediately? +
Some safe account settings may update immediately, but public listing changes may be reviewed by CampFind before going live so the platform stays accurate and trustworthy.
What if my campsite is already listed? +
You can claim it, verify your details, and improve the listing.
How much does it cost? +
Your first 30 days are completely free. After that, CampFind is £12.99 a month or £120 a year — there's no booking commission, so you keep 100% of your pitch price.
Can I cancel? +
Yes. Founding partner access is simple and low-commitment.
